Core Myofascial Massage

image258

Core Myofascial Massage uses slow, deep pressure and is a structural integration approach to  bodywork, designed to help you move out of old physical habits that may have been in use for years - physical habits that create muscle and fascial restriction.

The fascial network supports and stabilizes muscles, tendons, ligaments and bones. It holds the  blood and lymph vessels, and has extensive sensory nerve endings. It's possible to change fascial restriction that causes pain and poor posture, and I invite you to experience the real joy found in becoming "unstuck" in your body.
